Can other people read my Hubs while under quality assessment?

This is something that's always puzzled me. When you publish a new hub there's a popup that says it will go under quality assessment for approximately 24 hours. Can other people read that hub while it's under assessment, or does it not become visible to fellow Hubbers or search engines until the assessment is complete?

No.Other people can't read your hubs while under quality assessment.Only you can view or edit your hub.your hubs won't be visible to fellow Hubbers or search engines until the assessment is complete. So you have to wait to let your hubs get featured.

Weird, I've just published a hub that's under assessment and it's accessible in a different browser. I think it can be read, it's just not available through your profile or the category pages.

I did the same thing but it wasn't visible to others until the assessment is done.

This is something that confuses me as well, as the very second I publish a new Hub, I share it on various social networks for my friends to read, and they can see it just fine. Can other hubbers see it in their feed is what I'm wondering..

I am not sure about that. I think other hubbers can read you hub when your hub is under quality assessment. I have noticed the page views of my hubs increasing even when they are under quality assessment.

While undergoing quality assessment, your hubs can be seen via direct links, on your profile page (if you have that option enabled) and via email notifications sent out to your followers.

However the hubs won't be seen by search engines, or displayed on topic pages on the site till the hub is "featured" status.
