Are the hub views "ever" a total of the question views as well?
Please forgive my ignorance, I am just wondering if that one spot under total views "ever" included the question views. I know the question views are under the questions, but are those views included in the total views "ever" under the statistics page? Thank you for clarifying.
Question views is something different from hub views. In the statistics page, you can clearly see that views are counted hub wise. There is the breakup of views against each of your hub. And, the total is exactly the sum of the views against each hub. So the total views depict only your hub views. Questions and answers are something different. If a question is viewed or answered, it does not count in this figure. It counts only the clicks on your hubs.
Hello Venkatachari M, thank you so much for the clarification. I did not whether to add the question views to the hubs views to get a correct total amount of views to the question views if they were not figured into the "ever" views too.
Faith, my thanks for asking this question, and thanks to V. for his answer.
Hi, welcome both of you. I simply shared whatever I knew and experienced here.
Oh, MizB, I am so glad I am not the only one who wondered about such! Thank you again Venkatachari M, and thank you for the lovely fan mail you left me. Blessings
The only "total views" which I see on the statistics page Faith is when you open up each Hub and click on the stats tab at the top. This shows the total views for that particular Hub only.
A another tab, on a second Hub, shows the views for the second Hub - and so on.
There are no questions/answers views included with them. Are you wanting to see these?
Hi Kevin, thank you for taking the time to answer here. Yes, I am talking about the "total views" on the statistics page, does that include the question views or is that just for the hub views?
There are "Total Views" in the stats at the top of each Hub on the statistics page which show the views for each Hub. On the Question page, click on each one, there stats at the top of each Question for each one. They are all separate.
Thanks Kevin. Yes, I know where they are and they are listed separately but just did not know if the questions were counted in with the hub views. So we can add those together and know our true total views of everything : )
Bless you and hope you have a lovely rest of the weekend, dear Kevin. I am glad to know to add the two different totals together. Thank you again.
I hope that you have nice rest of weekend too Faith!
Thank you dear heart. I am happy to be publishing again after my absence and overwhelmed by my faithful friends who are still supportive of me in writing here even after I have been away.
Just I have gone through the questions page and found the question views there as stated by you. Thanks Faith Reaper, for your information.
Hi Ven ...well, I am happy I was of help to someone in my ignorance : ) I do hope you are enjoying a lovely weekend. It is a beautiful day here in the south.
ever means the total of views in your hubs, excluding questions ask
Oh, thank you, peachpurple. I was wondering why they have them separate and just thought it was to give hubbers awareness as to how many views they have just for questions. I am quite surprised at just how many views questions produce!!!

I’ll share my techniques below and...

Hi Everyone,As you may have noticed, some of the newer hubs have especially low hub scores.During yesterday's system maintenance, some of the hub statistics did not update correctly. This affects hubs that were created on August 28 between 9:14 am and 2:13 pm. It affects hub scores as...
