What to do about getting stolen content removed?

What can I do to get stolen content taken off the net without having to pay for it. Apparently some one has decided to lift my yugioh articles and take full credit for them.

You can file a DMCA complaint with the web hosting company to have your content removed.

I did how long does it usually take, the sad part is I told the site owner all they had to do was ask and give credit but they deleted my comments and refuse to contact me

Here is the HubPages explanation of how to file a DMCA complaint

Hubs are often the target of scraping which is unfortunate, but it should never cost money to file a complaint. Good luck.
