Is something wrong with editing?

    Is something wrong with editing?

    I mean, just as I was sprinkling my hubs with amazon capsules, eBay capsules, and text modules, I find out that what I typed got erased when I viewed the hub after publishing/editing it. Well, it might also just be my internet connection or computer connectivity but maybe it also happened to you.

    I also observe it sometimes happening. May be due to internet problem or may be, we do not click the right button. Sometimes, we are unaware that we did not log in and go on typing our text. That also occurs to me. While editing things, better copy your text before clicking the post or update buttons. That is a very good tool you have there. If the text does not appear, you can again go there and paste the matter without any strain and get it posted.

      I agree. Copying it would be the way to go. But, it's actually weird awhile ago since I edited a hub and it just keeps erasing a paragraph. It took me 2 tries to fix it. big_smile

      May be something wrong with hubpages, some temporary issue for a while. Afterall, these are all machines and we can not predict what glitches may arise. Better keep armed.

    Since HubPages has incorporated Squiddo the site is having trouble handling the load.  I have been encountering lots of glitches. Text, photos and ebay capsules just disappear. Pages take forever to load.  I usually have to log off and return later for the glitch to go away.
    Very frustrating!

      Oh, so that is the problem huh. Well, if that's the case then I'm sure it's gonna sort itself out by itself in time. Let's just hope they do it quick. big_smile
