Hi,
I have been writing hubs from past 1 year. Till now i got rejected saying we cannot accept this time. As the url should not be http://hubpages.com/profile/mac+mission. Its really strange for me.What may be the problem and how to get the account.. help me...
Well I don't know if it makes any difference but try http://www.hubpages.com/profile/Mac+Mission
The capitals may make a difference?
EDIT: When clicking the link you provide there is no page. I believe having /Mac+Mission at the end SHOULD solve the problem
Dog sidaed is right. the link you provided is a broken one try the one he provied and if it doesn't work, then try opening a free blogger account and make few post on it and use it to apply for your account.
good luck
I will tell you a trick which should work.
1) Get a blogger account (google blog service)
2) Post few post
3) submitt your blog to blog ping services(google it)
4) wait 2 days
5) Go to your blog dashboard then go to monetize section and click on adsense and sing up you will get approved instantly and then you can add your adsense id to hubpages
The application terms clearly state you should use a top level domain not a subdomain. Simply put www.hupages.com ... No /profile, no http:// or anything. Also if from India or china there seems to be some rule about being established for six months first.
I tried this but never worked out.... So i am trying as dogsidaed and casper021
Sorry mel, some of this information is wrong. Hubpage users who do not have other websites or blogs, need to use their hubpages profile url to sign up for adsense. HubPages.com has it's own account.
I have nothing but hubpages and I didnt need to enter my profile for AdSense .It clearly states to use a top level domain. I only had to use my profile when applying for Amazon.
I got the account very easily from amazon when i used my profile url. But not for the adsense. I am doing some mistakes i think so ... Let me try. ..
Yup, list hubpagesdotcom as domain then list your profile in the *channels* section lots great advice here, just follow it and all should be well. welcome to HubPages.
on amazon yes, you need to use a url with /profile but on adsense they just want that first line to be a TLD starting with www.hubpages.com - the very first line asks for www address only with no http:// identifier and no /profiles or /mysites added. Then just fill in the rest of the app -
I did look at your profile and you're from India so that may have something to with it also. They have some new policyabout Chinese and Indian residents but i think using just www.hubpages.com will be fine. I never put my /profile/mel22 when i applied to AdSense. I only needed it for Amazon according to the hubpages step-by-step instructions part 4 - the first hint underneath that first field says use primary url only ( which means no /mysite or /profile because in the detailed instructions they are looking for a top level domain only.
Just get a domain name, and then apply for adsense, do not use sub-domains.
why not go to blogger.com ,get a blog.
through your blog you register for ad sense.more easier and stress less through that method.Google will approve it within 2 days if you meet there criteria.
then use your hub to drive traffic to your blog.
my view.
I think the problem may be in your content...
I read 3 of your hubs, the ones about desktop browser and joomla, and they seemed a bit incoherent, almost like spun articles [article spinning is creating articles out of keywords and general phrases, its a lot of content but doesn't really say much], maybe that's why you are getting rejected.
How about writing your own pieces so they'll accept your application?
To be frank all the articles are my own and i have got enough patience to create that. I agree with your words thanks. Can i have more tips to get the account. Most of them are getting account within a 1 hours or just by having one or two hubs...
I have two adsense account numbers, and the wrong one is on my Huppages set-up.
The line I need to change can't be edited. Any ideas ?
just post www.hubpages.com in the field
don't copy and paste in just type or your browser might automatically be adding the other http identifiers
they only want to know the site you publish at publically...only amazon cares about looking at the individual profile..
once you get past that then someone will look up your profile until then the google app system is probably flagging for not using the top level domain only
i never used my profile... they just found me on hubpages based on the first field and info on the rest of the app through the hubpage link in affiliates
Also.. someone here will no douibt tell you you are from india so you need to wait six months, but in my personal opinion I think that only applies to those putting in apps for standalone personal websites, not public publishing spots. or else how could they have approved me without using my profile or having owned my own site. *however this always happens to people from Bangalore so might be true about 6 months*
http://hubpages.com/help/AmazonAssociates... step-by-step instructions for amazon part 4 show that you need to use the http indentifier and profile but this is not stated on adsense. the first field on adsense implicitly instructs to use www.hubpages.com or www.example.com and instructions page says to only use the top level domain, not /profile example or /mysite example or /macmission in the field... hope this helps although others will surely disagree
thanks everyone for their advice here.
i was just thinking of getting a seperate adsense account for hubpage, i already have adsense account for my own blogs outside hubpage, is this gonna be all right?
i hope some experienced folks can advise and thanks in advance
only need one adsense account across all websites ,publishing sites, etc. - only need to track the different sites using adsense url channel tracker by pasting the hubpage url to the tracker as well as pasting other websites or blog urls to the tracker

Is google adsense only paying for clicks and not impressions? My adsense earnings have almost gone down to nothing. Has anyone else experienced this?

For those of you thinking of starting your own blog, here's a vitally important piece of information from Adsense:http://adsense.blogspot.com.au/2012/11/ … -host.htmlThe way I read it is:If you used an account on Blogger or a rev-sharing site (like HubPages, Weebly, Wizzley) to get approved...

In order to sign up for HP's Amazon Program I have to:"Associate an approved Google AdSense account"I don't have an adSense a/c; I just now applied but don't know if my oldwebsite will help get me approved. All of my lenses use Squidoo's Aff code. So, does this mean I won't earn any money...

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well. I joined Hubpages a few days ago and published a few hubs in the last 48 hours. I have since applied for Google Adsense and just received an email notification stipulating that the application has been denied due to me not having domain ownership. I have...

Awesome. Just awesome. Right when my hubs were starting to take off and I was actually earning daily, this happens.I've never done anything against google's TOS so I've been completely blindsided. I filled out an appeal and google says they'll be back to me in a week. I can't believe google treats...
