It appears to be a possible member that figures they could get some traffic from hubpages to their site.
All this random profusion of links can't be but benefic for traffic increase.
But one problem is the quality of the targets links might lead to.
I'm afraid there is no way to controll that once you start playing with link explosives.
Or is there?
