If you written a hub from your own mind and heart, how can it be a duplicate of an others work?
My hub was unpublished for being copied
That happened with me too. Actually, there are many sites which copy hubs and post them on their sites. It is possible that same has happened with you. There are many tools available online to check plagiarism, paste your article there, if it is present somewhere else on the Internet, it will show you the links. That's what I did too and it actually helped.
Generic advice can easily look like someone else's generic advice. This is where writing about a specific topic like error messages for X brand of appliance and how to fix them is better than general advice on maintaining an HVAC system, or specific advice on distinguishing severe migraines from seizures is better than "what to do when you have a headache".
