Who really controls the comments?
Comment denied by "administration." It was one line on my Ringling Bros. editorial complimenting the piece. Not completely articulate but nothing inappropriate. Why, because I have been moderating and participating in the discussion, was this comment clipped by"administration?" From what I read about the new policy, I had the impression that we, the authors, controlled the commentary unless we didn't actually do it. I would like that one line favorable comment to be added back in because I don't want to alienate readers who may return to this (emotional) topic. Who fixes this?
When and if you find out the answer to this question, I will be eager to read it. I did a hub asking why hp mod was leaning to the left. I have had several questions terminated or refused to be published by the mod team, and mod bots. Good luck in your quest.

I still think comments should be comments, not discussions, that is the purpose of a forum. Maybe it would be a good idea that every author has a forum automatically made in a widget on there profile page and the topics are always the title of the Hub. That way you can discuss it and always edit...

Do you all ever get soooo many negative comments on a single hub that you just get tired of dealing with it? If it was all positive comments that wouldn't bother me, heck I even like a good debate from time to time...but to have hundreds of comments from random people trying to shame my writing or...

When a fellow hubber leaves you a comment on a hub that says I deleted the comment, but feel it was highly inappropriate, and I'm slightly offended by it.
