One of my stress-busters is this:Allow room in your life for at least one A**H*le a day.Thus, when I find myself stressing out about over someone, I catch myself and say that was my allotment for the day and go on about my business.
LOL! That's a good one...I try to get in at least 15 minutes of "quiet solitude" a day. That usually helps to me to de-stress
I like that one...I'm going to remind that one to myself daily! my personal stress-buster is to "stop...and smell the flowers" literally...I like to walk around my yard and take in a little outdoors...a little plant life/outside noises. Right now everything is dead in my yard from a rash of "freezes" (for my part of the globe)...but I just look at it all...and think how great everything is going to look in the Spring!
I usually try to take a nap when I feel very stressed - or listen to some great music. Life is too short to feel that way very long.
I used to wrestle my son but he's at college so now I take happy pills.

I can make others suffer from my "Grumpy Man Syndrone" so in my case it protects innocent from my lack of control.
I take stress head on, confront the problem, and move on..If that doesn't work I head for the golf course...and beat the bejesus out of my golf ball.....FORE!!!!

I have a cuppa chamomile or green tea to ease stress..Take some deep breaths, and think of some solutions to the stressful problem.
