Hi Friends,
I joined hubpages two months back and written 16 good hubs, the average hub score is 71+, some of my hubs scored more than 80. My hubber score is floating around 84. I have applied for Adsense, Lots of google ads related to my hub topics are shown on my hubs, but adsense account not getting approved. Do I have to wait minimum of six months? Could anybody please advice me what to do?
Many thanks in advance.
have you previously been banned by adsense? or do you have an account under same email that was banned?
Hi thank you for replying.
I have applied once thro my blog, its has got rejected. i used same id to apply thro hubpages but it dint work, so i created a new email id and applied again, still not getting it approved. i used same computer for applying both the times, is the problem because of my same IP address?
I think this is definately the problem... they might see you as pulling a fast one! You should contact them and explain yourself as honestly as possible. Let them see that you are genuine and you have a business plan in operation. It might help if you insert a demonstration of your work... they are looking for quality and content.
Hope this helps x
Well you even posted the same mail address isn;t ? not just IP. If you have tried earlier and got banned then that is reason to not getting approved. If your blog is 6 month old then get your blog approved first instead of getting it from HP.
Besides as per new rules, you should only apply if your site/blog is 6 month old. isn't it ?
Thanks all,
Do you have any idea that anyone in India might have got thier account approved withing a short time? and how long it took for you to get it?
I'm from india and got my account way back in 2007 i guess. I got approval in 7 days.
There is no way you can cut it short now in 2010, as per rule you have to wait. Don't game the system, follow the rules and get in slowly. You'll earn much better if you don't game it.
Again i suggest don't try to rush in to get account approval. Better email adsense team about your blog approval. In between, try infolinks or kontera.
i think hubpages automaticaly means you meet the 6 month guideline, I am sure they are seeing your info as already been submitted and denied and so they will prbably require yo to jump thru some hoops to prove you are legit
No it doesn't, each Hubber is an individual.
no they have no say in what google does, email google adsense help team and explain to them the situation
Thank you guys for your extended help.
I have joined your fans club to get you in touch.
Thanks again
So, just to clarify, to be approved for adsense on HubPages you must wait a certain amount of time before applying?
I signed up for HubPages a few months ago but still haven't published anything yet...
Thanks!
There's no set rule unless you are in certain countries (like India), where Google requires you to wait six months.
Hi.
Shall I continue publishing or shall I wait till my adsense account gets activated? Lots of ads are shown on my hubs now, after google approves my account will they credit my present earnings?
Is it sure that they approve adsense account after 6 months?
Up to you. It takes a few months for your Hubs to develop their full earnings potential anyway, so you wouldn't miss out on that much income while you're waiting.
No, the ads showing on your Hub now belong to HubPages. You won't start earning until your Adsense is approved.
No, it's not certain. who knows, they may change the rules again! It's a gamble you have to decide on yourself.
If you're thinking about hubs then continue publishing hubs based on monetization that you can do with other merchants like ebay and amazon.
For blog, get more content so that it will help in longer run with or without adsense. Adsense is not everything, you can experiment with kontera and infolinks in between.
Thank you Skyfire!
I have signed up with Kontera, i earned only 1 dollar sice two months.
Hi shabari!
try to write good quality articles by the 6 month time and try applying afterwards like what im trying rt now. Hi skyfire!
Thanks Nano!

A week ago, I received an email from Google AdSense saying my application had been partially reviewed, they would continue to review my site and it would be either approved or disapproved in 4 business days. I still haven't heard anything. Is there anything I can do other than send them an email?

I have no idea why I am not getting approved by AdSense. I have again not been approved. The response I received was that I again have a "TOS Violation." This is the 3rd time I have applied and been rejected since I was transferred over from Squidoo.com a year ago. ...
