Sometimes I just have a spate of questions to ask! This is one of those times!
With photos, while I am editing articles en masse: though HP gives us an option, do they actually have any preference for border or no border on photos?
I generally select 'with border,' but notice that option disappears when there are several photos in one capsule, and 'thumbnail' is selected to conserve space.
This is purely an aesthetic thing. Please feel free to choose whichever option you prefer. We do recommend being consistent (do all images in an article with or without borders, rather than switching back and forth) but other than that it's up to you.
Which way do they appear if "thumbnail" is selected? I have a few hubs using that format, and in order for them to remain consistent, as you say, it would be good to know...and/or leave the 'border or no border' selection available for thumbnails, so we can be sure of matching the appearance.

What Happened to the Slideshow Feature on HubPages?I noticed that "thumbnails" have been popping up, I am disappointed that there is not a "Slideshow" version any longer. There must be a reason, it just helps the Hub lay out better - imo...Thanks

When I write a Hub about a favorite recipe, I like to actually make the dish, and take photos as I go along. I'm wondering if I'm including too many photos. Is there any formula, i.e. words to photos? What is your opinion? Thanks.

I want to hide the thumbnails row coming above a photo capsule and show the capsule as a slideshow only, but find no option to hide the row of thumbnails appearing above the slideshow. Please help. Thanks.

Why not give hubbers the option to show the star rating of an item as well as the title in the capsule? I'm thinking that 4- and 5-star ratings will encourage readers to click and buy, thereby garnering more income for HP and for hubbers!

HubPages is very firm in their rule to only use photos for which you have permission to use. Hypothetically, what happens if you break this rule? I've seen many people using images that are clearly not theirs to use and I was just wondering if this affects them in any way...
