    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article How Are Diet And Exercise Related To Each Other (must be signed in to view). What can I do to improve? Thanks!

    Hello, here are my suggestions:

    1) Proofread. There's plenty of awkward or grammatically-lacking sentences. For instance, "Kick-start your metabolism with a healthy and heavy breakfast no matter what it is."
    2. Caption your photos.
    3) Be aware that the topic of health and nutrition has strict competition (lots of writers discuss it), which can make getting traffic difficult.

Good job with the bulleted lists though, those are great for organizing. The main thing here is just working on a more-natural flow; hopefully proofreading can help with that.

This is the second thread that you have posted on this same topic Krithi. There is no need to start a new thread, you can continue to use the original one until you pass QAP.

If you recall, DrMark1961 gave you the following advice:

"One word at last. Don't let the food scare me. There are certain boundaries I have to set for everything but it should not take away the bliss and joy of that particular thing. Restrict me upon a thing up to an extent, but not in a way that its essence is lost!"
What are you saying here? You need to delete this and rephrase it.
There are numerous other spelling and grammatical errors. This could benefit from a good proofread.
This information is also old and rehashed. Even if you do pass QAP, why should the search engines place your article on the front page? Where is the vital new information?

I have to agree with his comments. There are numerous grammatical errors and the article doesn't make sense in places. Also, the contents don't match the title of your hub and you haven't written anything new or original.

    Hope this helps.
