   Very interesting. I have never heard of Say Media before. It seems they create a publishing platform for other people to use. I wonder how this will benefit HubPages and Maven long term. I guess we all find out eventually.

   This is pretty big. Say Media appears to have some impressive brands associated with them.
   
   While I've been optimistic, I admit I've not been totally sold on the maven thing. I feel like this just about pushed me past the tipping point to where I can feel comfortable with it. It's hard not to get excited watching that video.
   
   My only concern is that the three companies retain a reasonable amount of autonomy when it comes to how they operate. HubPages has been amazing over the last couple of years and I'd hate to see that come apart.

   What I really like is that they have dropped the corporate-speak and giving real information. I'm pretty impressed too, and excited about where this is going. It makes me very enthusiastic to write about what I love.

   There's tremendous upside with this coalition that I could've never seen coming a few years ago, but things could still go belly-up, a common occurrence nowadays.
   
   However I've been really impressed with everything I've seen thus far, and it's hard not to be optimistic given what's happened.
