        Mohamed, what do you mean by "fair" in your title?
        The first line is repeated twice. There is no image, but it is doubled up at the bottom of the article. This makes the whole article appear poorly laid out.
        To improve this you would need to break it up into multiple text capsules so that it is readable, add some methods to improve reader engagement, improve the mistakes in your layout, and add new material.

        The information here is already available in numerous other sites. What makes yours any different or any better? Hubpages is looking for high quality magazine style articles. If your article is not of this quality, and if your article is nothing but a rehash of something available elsewhere, it is not going to be published.
