    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Special Sauces for Food. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

I received an email this morning about this hub. I worked on it last night, and I didn't know it was up for review. Is the article acceptable now, or do I need to make changes? I am working to update all of my hubs, but most of them were written a long time ago and not up to today's standards. I have so many that need, work and it will take me a little more time to complete the task.

    Thank you for your help.

I would make it more useful, Pamela, by providing an actual recipe for each sauce. I see you've done it for a couple, but in others you simply describe their main ingredients and a bit about their background. If I googled any of these sauces I'd be so disappointed to not be able to learn how to make them.
Either that, or write individual hubs for each sauce, using your own photos to show how you make them and use this hub to link them all together.

Izzy, I agree that I should have wriiten more recipes. That is the comment that I have heard most frequently. I wish I had done the article a bit differently. Thank for your comments.

I like these sauces but maybe stick to the ones you have recipes for and maybe make the title more specific. Try taking out the links because they might be the cause why your article does not pass QAP.

Mary, I think you are probably right about the recipes. I would do this article differently if I was starting over. There are so many types of recipes, and I wanted to show the great variety of choices. Thanks for your comments.

    Hi Pamela,

Just left a comment on this hub.  I think it's well put together, but I do agree that a recipe for each sauce would be helpful.

I'm also updating all of my hubs.  It's a lot of work and very time consuming but I feel better when I finish editing each hub.

Audrey, I agree that a recipe for each sauce would be helpful. I listed so many sauces that the article would be huge, not to mention time consuming. I could have used a few less sauces and added recipes. Hindsight is 20-20 as they say. I would think about that in the future if I write some type of similar article. Thanks for your input. Pam
