I don't come on here a lot anymore - just check in on the forum and my stats every week or two. Saw this on one of my articles - cool! New feature? Or maybe I'm just behind and missed the announcement on this smile

I did not realize they were still around and had thought they were discontinued. Here is the long discussion thread about them when they began:

I forgot all about this feature and am surprised to see that it's still around.  Have never had any of these reviews on any of my articles...at least not  so far.

Yes! Had an article reviewed by a veterinarian and I love it because it adds more authority. If you click on the name it tells readers more details. In my case, the first name and last name of the vet and where she practices. I hope to have more reviewed.

They are fine when they are factual reviews, but when they are based on opinion, they can be a bit off-putting, as per that old thread that Patty posted.

Yes, this is a "relatively new" feature, and in the original thread about it, there were a lot of gripes, especially with the placement of the expert's name.
Folks felt it was misleading, by making it appear that the expert was the actual author, and not giving obvious credit to the HP member who actually wrote the piece.
I haven't yet been hit with this feature, and I'm perfectly fine with that.

Is this still going on?  It seemed like there were a lot of posts that were not addressed in that thread.  I would definitely oppose such an effort for my articles as there is a process for peer review and this is not it.  Hopefully, they have figured out this is a bad idea.
