I posted an article earlier today about Clara Harris. She ran over her husband, killing him with her Mercedes-Benz in 2002. I would really appreciate your feedback. http://hub.me/alZR7
Thank you.

I don't think it's long enough, or feel sure it will generate that much interest. I do have a vague memory of this incident. Try to add more background or detail.
It's not written in an 'evergreen' way. You use 'released yesterday' in the opening paragraph. Readers will find that confusing.
You have just rewritten the bare-bones media story. There's no analysis, no personal opinion, no alternatives, no detailed backstory.
You cannot use images without a creative commons/public domain license. One of yours has a Getty watermark on it. https://hubpageshelp.com/content/Learni … -image-use
It really isn't good enough quality. Turn it into an in-depth piece, with legally-sourced images, and it might stand a chance of being moved to a network site.
I used "yesterday" because I thought the article was stamped with the date that you publish the article. Is that not true?
Yes, but still when readers a month or a year from now (hopefully) read the article they won't necessarily think to check when it was written. Plus each time you update it the date changes to "updated on . . ." so your original date won't be there anymore.
I agree with everything that has been said. If you want your article to end up on a niche site and to gain decent traffic it can't just be a rewording/retelling of a news story without anything extra. Length is also a problem.
Good luck.
Thanks for your input. I appreciate it.

Do you reply back to each person who leaves a comment on your hubs? Please explain the reason why you do or do not. I am wondering if I need to do this or not since I have noticed that some folks do this pretty faithfully.

Someone from an online dating site wants to put one of my hubs on her website. She said she would credit me fully, but wants to publish the entire article on her site. I'd be fine with a link to my hub, but I'm a little hesitant about letting someone copy my work. Any advice? Words of wisdom?

Hi, I just published my very first Hub! I'm super excited about it, but it's still undergoing Quality Assessment (though I'm not really sure what that actually means). However, if you've got time, I'd really really REALLY appreciate if you'd check out my hub. Read, skim, glance, whatever you feel...
