This afternoon I posted my 194th article. Wow! When I first started here in 2011 I thought I'd max out at around 100, if I ever got that far. Now I'm coming up on 200 and I'm having more fun than ever.
...that's all. I just felt like tooting my own horn for a minute. Y'all can carry on now
Way to go! We came on board at about the same time, but I'm not even close to 100. I have weeded out a few along the way though. I think the important thing is, I'm still excited about writing here, and it seems like you are too.
It takes a helluva lotta stamina to blow your horn for that long so well done and may you continue with lotsa hubs in future. The vibes are positive on HP of late, so surf the waves while you can mon ami.
That's wonderful! I need to get motivated again. I have ideas, but can't get myself to sit down and write!
It gets hard to keep a large amount of hubs in order when we have to change them. But it's also a big accomplishment, and helps you to see what works and what doesn't. Good for you!
Good job! I joined late last year and am at 7 articles. I'm surprised I got that far. I have to force myself to write lately. Almost 200 articles is a rainbow dream for me. Just keep on trucking.
Great job! I'm creeping up on my 100th one and hope to be able to write the last two to hit this milestone by the end of the month. 200 takes a whole lot of work and sticktoitnis. Congratulations!
Whoops -- I just unpublished a couple of under-performing oldies before I realized that it's going to subtract them from my total # of hubs and set back my quest for 200... d'oh!
Updated and re-posted one of the articles I took down last week, so my total is back up to #195.
I have enough half-finished Hubs waiting in line to put me over the #200 mark but I haven't had any time to complete them and push them out these past few weeks!! Haha
Almost across the finish line! Well, not the finish line as you'll hopefully continue to publish many more hubs for years to come! Do you have a goal in mind for hitting the big 200?
Well, it took WAY longer than I thought it would when I first started this thread, but today I finally posted ... #200! DING DING DING DING DING!! Time for a beer. ...yes, I know it's only 9:30 in the morning. Don't judge me
Darn. I was going to ask for your bank account next and tell you I needed the change for the bitcoin before I sent it. Another Nigerian scam crushed before its time.
I just published my 100th hub. That's probably not such a huge accomplishment for some of y'all with zillions of Hubs but it's a big deal for me so I just wanted to share my geeky joy. Onward and upward!!
It was a lot harder than I thought it ever would be getting to 10 million views. I also have a couple of Hubs approaching a million plus views each and I've now started to really take advantage of Pinterest. And I plan to get to 100 million views a lot faster than I got to 10 million. I've been...
So I was bored and decided I would Google some of the topics of a few of my most recent hubs... Two of them popped up on the FIRST PAGE!! WHHHHHAAAAATTT?!??! lol. Sorry, I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this, but I almost swallowed my own tongue I was so excited and I need to tell...
I just passed my three year and 100,000 page view landmarks.Thank you my friends and fellow word crafters for your friendship and constant support as I have grown in this discipline of writing. We're all busy people. Writers would be busy even if we had no family, social or work...
