Hi Hubbers,
I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Quick & Easy Waffle Iron Burger Recipe. What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Hi there,
The first problem is that you link your image to the Amazon sales page for the product, which would be classified as deceptive.
I like the look of the recipe, but the article seems to be rather spammy, with the links to your review of the same item and the extra Amazon capsule at the bottom.
Also the recipe is 'perfect for everyone' but later you say you would not make it in a waffle maker again, which is contradictory.
Lose the reference to 'our hubpage article' and just say 'at the end of the article'. You readers neither know or care that they are reading on Hubpages, and, should you improve it enough for it to be moved to Delishably, it'll be confusing.
This will work if you just clean it up a bit. You have a nice style.
theraggededge, thank you so much for taking the time to review my article and respond with your suggestions for improvements. I will make all of these changes that you mentioned today. Great feedback. Appreciate you! :-) Sincerely, Melinda
P.S. I've made the changes. How do I get Hubpages to review the article again?
When you edit it, the article will be reviewed by HP so you do not need to make any sort of request.
Are you familiar with the new requirements for placing an Amazon capsule? The way you have placed it is spammy and will cause your article to fail QAP, no matter how good it might be. When you list a product, it has to be something that is helpful to the reader and not available everywhere. (Like hamburger buns. You can buy them from Amazon and even though your hub is about hamburgers this is not appropriate)
Thank you so much for your feedback. It's been a while since I have published an article on Hubpages. I will go back and read the Amazon capsule rules again.
Check out the newer articles from writers like theraggededge. Seeing how she is using Amazon successfully is pretty helpful.
DrMark1961, thank you for that tip. I'm heading over to her page now. :-) Appreciate you guys. Mel
Try not to use Google image, amazon or other copyright issue images. Use your own images or go to Pixabay, there are many waffles picture there
Peachpurple, thank you for the tip. Making that adjustment now.

Hi Hubbers,I wrote this article several years ago and I believe it has even been featured. I had to change out a video because it was no longer active on YouTube. After that edit, it would not clear for publication in the Quality Assessment Process. I've tried deleting the Amazon capsule, replacing...
