Today I found my page views to have reached 2,013,280 in 6 years. My profile page still showing 1 million.
And the real bummer is that after that the next accolade is 100 million. If HP and myself are still alive I will be in my 90s!
I met a 100+ year old woman who told me that the secret to long life is adding a 1 kg slab of salted beef jerkey to her beans every day. I wonder if that will work to make it to 140?
Thanks, wilderness for the comment. In the beginning, with no views for several weeks, I never thought to reach the mark.
Thanks, DrMark1961 for the comment. Let us all at HubPages wish to survive till 100 Million views.
Thanks, Marketing Merit. I was not aware of it.
Keep on climbing, well done to you! In theory the next few millions should pile up and up in no time at all.
Thanks, chef-de-jour for the good wishes and same to you. Let us see when the next milestone arrives.
Thanks, Christy Kirwan. I am thankful to the entire HubPages team.
Congratulations on 1 Million views. It's indeed a great achievement. I crossed 10 Million 3 years back. Now I am at 20M+, but my profile acclode still says 10M. I wonder how long it is going to take me for the next acclode. As far as I know, the next acclode is 100M.
Thanks, Anamika S for the comment. Your achievement is quite inspiring.
Thanks, Venkatachari M for the compliment. I think it is a long journey from no views altogether for several days.
I'm certain that years ago they did give a new accolade thingy for every million, but that was years ago, and they do not do it that way now.
Fun fact: When they did away with the Q&A section, they also took away at least 3 of my fancy accolades. I had been working the Q&A for years. Working hard there. Out of the goodness of my heart.
Oh well, working for little digital shiny things no longer seems like the proper focus.
Ah, but I really like those little shiny digital things.
You are right Wesman Todd Shaw. What if total page views are shown on the profile page.
Congratulations! It is amazing to me that after 1 mil the next accolade isn't until 10 mil! So the first million is a big deal but the next 8 million not so much? It seems like one for 1 million, one for 2 million then maybe skipping to 5 million then 10 million? And as for 100 million - well I can't see my way to 1 million so 100 million seems out of the question unless I happen on a topic that goes viral! I'm just looking to hit 100,000 by the end of the summer!
They will come rolling in after that! I am glad to hear you are almost to that point.
You are right DrMark. The views are unpredictable, but in long run, they seem to be consistent.
You are right Natalie Frank. Like one million the target of 10 million is difficult.
Thanks, threekeys. It all began from 1 or 2 views per day or rather none in the very beginning.
Thanks, janshares. I joined hub pages 6 years ago but did not undertake serious writing for about 2 years. It is exactly 4 years to reach the mark.

Well, not just today! I wish. But, today I will pass the 2,000,000 views milestone. It took awhile - helped by some popular hubs and hindered by the one that wants a good kicking as it's only had 34 views in the last 3 years!Website traffic really is an 80/20 situation, with 20%...

I just checked to see when it was that I hit 100,000 views...it was 3 months ago. Today I hit 130,000! That means it took 2 years or so to hit 100,000 but only a fraction of that time to hit another 30,000! I am really shocked to see the numbers grow so fast all of a sudden, but I...

This morning, my stats show that I have just over 990,000 views. At this rate, I should have 1,000,000 in less than two weeks. It seems like it has taken forever, but I think that's actually not bad considering I have fewer than 60 published hubs.

I can't believe it! I have just hit 10,000 views. When i first started I was getting 50 hits in a good week, now 100 plus per day.thanks to the support of my followers and everyone on the forums who have been kind in their comments and given me the enthusiasm to carry on. I understand that...

HP just gave me the 100,000 views accolade. It took me about 13 months to earn it. How long will it take to reach 1 million?

I had 1,000 views 2 days ago, still no accolade?I'm now at 1,600 and the 1k views symbol hasn't appeared on my page. Is this normal?
