Hello, I have an old google adsense and hubpages account--2011 through 2015--that I forgot about until recently.  When I logged into google adsense account July 2018, it said I had estimated earnings of $309.71 from hubpages (I took a photo of the screen).  However, I have never received anything from Hubpages (which is why I closed the accounts, I thought I wasn't making anything). I tried calling Hubpages and apparently there is not way to reach them? All attempts directed me here to this forum.

Awhile back HP started shutting down the financials for accounts that had been allowed to lie dormant for more than 6 months.  Sounds like yours might be one of them.  If you closed the accounts, I suspect you're out of luck.  However, it wouldn't hurt to email Robin to at least try to find out what happened.  team@hubpages.com  and make the subject line attention Robin.

Thank you for the response.  I will email Robin.  Thanks, again!

I wanted to let you know that I heard back from HP right away.  It does appear to be something outside of HP.  I am sure it will get resolved.  However, thank you for taking the time to send me the contact info and I wanted to make sure it was noted that HP got back to me promptly.

As others have mentioned, it sounds like you are seeing earnings that have accumulated in your Google AdSense account, not your HubPages account. If that is the case, you will need to configure your payment settings with Google AdSense in order to have your balance paid out to you.

It sounds like you deleted your old HubPages account. Deleting an account forfeits any unpaid HubPages earnings, which are separate from AdSense (you should have seen a warning to that effect when you closed it). If your old HubPages account is still active, though, it's possible you have an unpaid balance there as well. If you can locate the old account, email team@hubpages.com for help regaining access. You can then link your PayPal account in order to have your payment issued during the next pay period.

If the money is in your adsense account then it is Google who will pay it to you, not HubPages. You just need to make sure you have everything set up for payment with them.

Adsense doesn’t know what hubpages owes you, look at your account earnings here for that.  That money is for Adsense earnings due from impressions on hub pages and is paid by Adsense

Hmm ... I took a screen shot of adsense and it said "HubPage Earnings" with the amount listed above (which I never received).  Admittedly, I am a little confused.  Another user posted a contact email, so I will try that.  Thank you for the response.  I am sure this will get resolved somehow.

There are completely separate ways of getting paid for the same hub.  If you are using only adsense you have ads that you will be paid for by adsense.  If you use hubads you will have some ads that you are paid for by adsense and some that you are paid for by hubpages.

The adsense report is saying *they* are paying you, for the ads that appear on your hubs. Adesne has zero knowledge of what Hubpages owes you for their share of the ads,  That is in your account: earning report on hubpages.

Ans then of course there is Amazon affiliates....

Thanks, again.  I'll  try and get it all sorted out.  That was really nice of you to respond.
