    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? I'm a beginner but I really have a passion for writing. Thanks!
Here is my article: Bacon's Convincing Suggestions for Young and Old Age People in His Essay Youth and Age. (must be signed in to view)

      Hi Rabia, welcome to HubPages.

There a few issues with your article.

Remove the full stop from your title.

Then think about the wording. Your title should reflect what people might be searching for. I don't actually think that very many are searching for this kind of material. If you are here to earn some money, you have to write what people are looking for. Otherwise you are just writing for yourself.

Remove the subtitle above the first image. In fact the first image is unnecessary.

In English, we don't say 'young age people' in the context that you are using it. We would say 'young people' or 'old people'. And what about middle aged people? How are you differentiating between young and old? Is 39 young? Is 51 old?

"He actually starts..." What does this mean? Where does the following quote come from? Is it early on in Bacon's writing? Or is it one you have chosen to begin with? If the latter, then 'he actually starts' is erroneous. Remove 'actually', it's a nothing word.

"Because at a young age people have energy, enthusiasm, fresh ideas..." In my personal experience, it's quite hard to get young people out of bed. I know many older people who have plenty of energetic qualities, so be careful of generalising too much.

Break your longer sections into separate text capsules and add subtitles that reflect the content. This gives you the chance to add extra key phrases which might be picked up by search engines. 'Famous Quote' is not very good. 'Bacon's Comparison of Young and Old' might be better.

Don't group images together. Split them evenly through the article.

I won't go any further but, with reference to Julius Caesar, it's Gallic Wars, not Garlic. And is 47 old age or middle age?

Plenty of work to do here. Please ask any questions you like. You'll find more help by clicking Help, top right of any page and navigating to the Learning Center. Good luck with it.

Ah, right, sorry. In which case, you might consider rewriting the title as: Francis Bacon's Observations in the Essay, "Of Youth and Age" or perhaps:  Analysis of Francis Bacon's Conclusions in the Essay, "Of Youth and Age"

I'm trying to pick titles that are search-friendly.

Also it might be a good idea to add a link to the full text of the essay. https://www.bartleby.com/3/1/42.html

I spotted another odd word at the end: it's 'crux', not 'crust'.

Yes, I knew that my title is inappropriate. I'll definitely fix it and thanks for the link.
