    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Okay, we can see it now smile

It's quite comprehensive and, although you are going to be fighting for Google ranking, you might just be able to create a useful resource. You have some work to do to clean up the untidiness, but nothing that can't be done easily.

First thing: remove those links that take the reader off the page. If you have used references, list them and link to them at the end of the article.

How is your article specific to pharmacy reps? I'm not seeing any distinction between normal sales reps and pharmacy sales reps. You have to write to your title... or change the title.

Don't capitalize out of context, "Your Brand image is Everything and that Image is you." You could use the phrase again in a call-out capsule if you want to highlight it.

There are other instances of random capitalization. "Be mindful of your Customer's time and space". Customer is not a proper noun so shouldn't begin with a capital letter.

Remove the full-stop/period from the title and any subtitles.

      Brand's not brands'.

The part on thinking preferences looks very close to similar text on the web. Be very careful not to trigger the duplicate/copied content flag. Make sure your words are completely different to anyone else's.

Again, capitalization, "Communicate A strong Close". Should be 'Communicate a Strong Close'. HubPages are very keen that writers use APA style. And consistency is important. Your subtitles are all over the place; not consistent at all.

Try those suggestions but if they don't work, come back to this thread and ask again.

            You're very welcome smile

You should still remove that period from the title. It's incorrect.
