Lovely article. It should have been approved. There are few grammatical errors but lots of punctuation errors.

The title is too long and is going to be cut off by the search engines. I would just go with the second sentence and remove the first. (You should also consider adding "A Safety Guide..." to the title.)
The intro is boring. Remember that readers on the internet have a short attention span. Try to grab their attention with the first sentence. If you start talking about the size of the population, etc, they are probably not going to read your article. It is about safety for travellers, and should reflect that immediately.
I agree with Indelible Whisper and think this article should be approved. There are grammatical and punctuation errors and it would benefit by being read line-by-line from a native English speaker. (I have seen a lot of articles in much worse shape being approved. I think it is because they have information that is new and worth publishing, despite the errors.)
    Best of luck with this.

Thank you DrMark for your feedback. This is my first article and it helped me a lot to learn new ideas about writing. The article is approved, and I've made some changes using your feedback. I'm spending some extra time to improve my grammar and I will improve it in my next article. Thank you.

I think the title is fine. If I were to travel to India I would feel more self-assured after reading this article. I appreciate the advice about the cab drivers as well as the shy locals. I think you should clean up a bit. The word India is used too many times. Also the words geographical location could be cut down to one word, location or geography. Otherwise, I think it is a well-rounded article.
I signed up for the free app Grammarly. This solved most of my spelling and punctuation problems... Love it!
