Sorry, but your command of English is not up the standard required by HubPages.

Your opening sentence runs on for 62 words. It needs to be broken up into two or three shorter sentences.

You can't just copy and paste images from the Internet. Images have to be free of copyright restrictions.

I can't go through your article fixing all the grammar and punctuation errors, that's the job of the writer.

You can start by removing that keyword section at the very end, and replacing it by references to your health comments. (Google can figure out keywords without a list. An opportunity to rid the body of dead cells?)
    Fasting, not pasting.
As Rupert points out, there is a lot of work to do on the English of this article. Best of luck.

Adnan, we can't fix your article for you. You have to spend some time, reading other articles, preferably the ones on the network sites. Just click on the HubPages logo above and look at the list down the right-hand side.

Also peruse the articles in the Learning Center to research what the platform requires. Click on Help, top right, to navigate there. It is the writer's job to find out these things.

As Dr Mark suggests, delete the keyword section at the bottom of the article. It's not necessary.

If you have read other articles that contain the information you have written about, then you should add a link to that article. That's a reference. Google, 'how to add references to an article'.
