    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve?
I'm happy to remove any and all links.
    Thanks!

There's more than just a link problem, Ava. The photo and your article come from the site mentioned in the "Source" area under your photograph. HubPages doesn't accept promotional articles or ones that have already been published elsewhere.

There are some grammar errors. The word count is below 700. With only one picture, the article looks empty. Can you add pictures of damaged hair or images relating to the article? I would number each capsule since your title says, "5 Things..."

Make an introduction and one capsule for each of the 5 things with a couple hundred words for each capsule and then a conclusion

The article was interesting and well written. I would suggest adding some more photos and a video or two. I would also add some references at the end to back up your claims.

In addition, I would suggest writing an introductory paragraph that mentions the different hair conditions in a natural, not forced, way. This will capture the reader's interest and is also good for SEO becase Google places a lot of emphasis on the first few paragraphs to decide what the article is about and index it accordingly. For example you could say, something to the effect that most people consider split ends or dandruff to be a nuisance or just a cosmetic issue, but in fact these may be symptoms of health conditions or nutritional deficiencies that should not be ignored.

Lastly, I would not refer to your hub as "today's blog post". You are aiming to create an authoritative article that will draw search traffic. If you refer to it as a daily blog post, Google and any potential readers will assume that it is ephemeral and once a few days or weeks have passed since its publication, it is no longer relevant.

People have offered you good suggestions. The article must be very significantly altered so that it's no longer identical to the one posted on the Hair Blog section of the site in your link.
