      There is a difference between languages that goes beyond the use of different words and grammar: it is the way in which one expresses ideas and concepts in one language instead of another. In your case, there are problems with your grammar, but the biggest problem is how you try to explain the subject of your article. It is virtually incomprehensible to an English speaker, even though I suspect that what you said might be perfectly fine in your native language because of shared assumptions and cultural cues that would give meaning to your sentences beyond just the words on the screen. As it stands, what you have written is almost gibberish to an English speaker, though with some effort I think I was able to figure out that you are trying to illustrate the personal hardships created by the currency devaluation.
      
      If you actually want to try writing in a way suitable for publication in an English language site, you need to familiarize yourself with how English speakers would develop and explain this topic. Read lots of articles by successful writers, not just on hubpages, to soak up the writing style and method. Don't bother trying to improve this article, until you have learned more about how English language articles are written. What you have written cannot be improved by editing. You need to start over but only do so when you can approximate the style, grammar and structure of articles written by people fluent in the language and culture of English speaking countries.
