    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like again some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

      Hi Alyona,

Good work on the subtitles! However, you can't put the key phrase (pub quiz) in every single one. Keep it to three occurrences max. So think of other ones that might work: event, competition, quiz night, etc. These will also help bring your article up in search results.

      Good luck.

I notice that you like to put some keywords in bold. From experience I have found that the editors are reluctant for bold to be used unless really necessary. Other than that I found this an interesting article to read. The QAP can be hard  but if you persevere you will get through.

Thank you again very much! I've gone  from one extreme to the other. Your help is very valuable to me! I will try to correct subtitles.

big_smile It's a learning curve, isn't it? And, yes, with subtitles, it's finding a balance between bland and meaningless to captivating and search-friendly. You'll get better at it with practice.

I notice there are several grammatical errors, in particular the omission of the definite article "the." You might want to run your text through a free program such as Grammarly to catch these mistakes.

I agree with the tip about Grammarly. American English does not come easily to me. I am grateful for the tip about using a free version of Grammarly that a fellow hubber gave me on a forum like this in my early days on HubPages.
