      Your English is not up to the standard required. HubPages is an American site and, therefore, articles have to be written in near-perfect English.
      
      It's also too short and reads like an opinion piece that would be more suited to a local newspaper, not to an international magazine website.

      'UOG stands of the University of Gujrat. Which started since 23rd February 2004 when Ch Pervez Elahi was CM of province Punjab, Pakistan. It starts because the main initiative of this university to provide the facility of further studies to that population who belongs on central Punjab like Jhelum, Gujrat, Azad Jammu Kashmir, Sialkot, Daska, Mandi Baha-Uddin and some backward rural areas.'
      
      Since you've put 'University of Gujrat' in your title, and not 'UOG', your opening sentence should read something like this:
      
      'The University of Gujrat, also know as UOG, was established in 2004 in Punjab Province, Pakistan, to provide the facility of higher education to people living in central Punjab.'
      
      Your article reads too much like a draft. How can Azad Kashmir be a part of the Punjab? Also, decide what your article is about and write about that and that alone. Good luck!

         Thank you for your fruitful feedback.
         Actually, This content that I pasted as draft actually is my first try when I wrote and just for test. I love to write blogs, content, and articles. but I'm a beginner. So, errors may occur. But next time when I'll paste here some of my content or blog. It will be more concise and logical from beginning to end.

               For your kind information. The content which I posted on this site is not copied from anywhere. I marked that in my own wording which I pragmatic and experienced in my bachelor's education. Absolutely, I acknowledged with your predominantly that suggestion which you give me about my skill capability on my writing. Because I am a beginner, not an expert writer.
