Hello,
I've been editing some old material on Hub Pages and have an article that is eligible for Remedy Grove with changes. I've made the suggested changes but would appreciate more eyes on the article before I submit. I haven't been active on Hub Pages since the network sites were introduced. I appreciate any insight you might have to offer (and edits). Thanks!

Hi Emily, I have two suggestions:
1. Remove "It's that time of year" in the first subtitle.
2. Say something to the effect that 'this advice is not meant to be a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have any health concerns, please visit your doctor or phone a health support line." Just in case
I know there is a disclaimer at the bottom, but if you add it in your own friendly style in the article body, it'll be more visible.
Thank you. I appreciate the feedback and see the wisdom. Question: are my references in the proper format? It's been a long time since I've followed APA. That was the main feedback that I got from the editor.
It would be better and neater to use the reference title as anchor text. So highlight it, click on the link (chain) icon and then paste in the URL.
Also, do I need to be concerned with design elements like widows at the end of subtitles/paragraphs?
No. Your subtitles, paragraphs and text capsules look just fine
Just to add to the advice Bev has already given you, it is unclear if you have permission to use the photos, especially the one from photobucket.
Your reference section looks a little messy. I would be inclined to number the references and also use intext links, as you have done in your article.
Hope this helps and good luck.
Another question. The article is up on Remedy Grove but has hardly any traffic. I didn't put a ton of effort into SEO, but didn't ignore it either. It's an odd article that I wrote ages ago & updated before submitting, so I don't expect it to be terribly popular. However, just wondering what to expect from the network sites--if it's worth posting new writing on HP.

I am new to Hub pages. I am a physician by profession but have always had a flair for writing and used to publish a decade or so ago. YouMeMindBody has suggested that I give this article a once over, but I think my brain just can't see the wood through the trees anymore. If anyone has a moment, can you please give it a glance? I would really appreciate it. https://discover.hubpages.com/health/Po … e-SyndromeThanks in...

Ads get inserted between paragraphs in text modules, which can split them up and make it difficult for a reader to follow a passage of text. However I discovered if you use a soft return, shift enter, instead of a normal hard return, it prevents this from happening. A soft return while creating the...

I'm not even sure what that means. I have almost no links on anything, only 1 even has an amazon capsule, and I don't even know how to "keystuff" (it was listed on possible promotional items list). A friend told me maybe they think my content is generated by A.I. Well, it's not. I...
