    Dear Writers,

I tried my best to apply all SEO skills in writing my article but unfortunately, I could not pass the Quality Assessment Process. I humbly request your feedback. It will be greatly helpful. Thanks!

Your very first image is watermarked. That means it's copyrighted and you CANNOT use it without first purchasing the original image. In fact, it's a crime to use a watermarked image this way.

All images in hubs must be owned by you. You cannot simply download something off the net for use.

There are also too many outbound links. This is bad for SEO, to begin with. For Hubpages, it's greatly frowned upon because it brings traffic away from our platform.

Lastly, many parts of your text i.e. English are awkward. You should consider rephrasing them.

Your feedback is highly valuable to me. I just request you to please spare some time for the following questions:
        1. Are there any websites that allow downloading pictures without watermark and copyright for free?
        2. You talked about outbound links. I heard that giving links to external sources increases credibility, especially for SEO perspective.
        Thanks!

    1) You could visit sites like Pixabay and Unsplash.

    2) Outbound links are believed to be good for SEO, but not when there are so many. Besides, HP greatly frowns on readers being led to other sites. Try cutting down and including them in a reference section. On the latter, I don't do this so I can't show you how. Visit some of the more popular hubs here to see how it's done.

PS: There are other issues with your hub. These include grammar, sentence structure, your title styling, and the lack of a suitable bio. I suggest you visit the Learning Center to know more. A relevant bio, not one that flaunts your skills in writing, is especially important for health related hubs. Some hubbers will even tell you that's crucial for health related hubs.
