    You need to look at the grammar and use of language Kanwal.  Run the text through a grammar checker. The title needs work as it doesn't really make sense - grammar issue again.  The hub is also quite short and have you attributed your images properly?  Even when you fix it, weight loss/health foods are saturated topics on the net, so you might find it hard to get traffic

    I agree with CMHypno's comments about grammar, language, and images. In addition, you should remove the excessive bold formatting of text and include authoritative references for the nutrition and health facts that you mention.
