Thanks, Marissa I never had any links on the article. I did update it, but that was rejected. Are the 700 words compulsory? Do I have to add 160 words to make it acceptable?.
What happened to the "A picture is worth a thousand words"?
Do they want me to write stuff like "It was a clod cloudy morning as I approached the Twombley"?

That's a weird url too. What's with the gobbledegook numbers? Before publishing, you can edit the url to be search engine friendly. Once you've published, you can't alter it.

You don't have to indulge in flowery, creative writing but an introduction wouldn't go amiss.
Your intro is a chance to capture your reader and keep them reading. Your article starts with 'Some specifications'. It's not exactly riveting. You need to tell the reader what the article is about. You don't mention 'cyclecar' until almost to the end of the article.
The specifications should come after the general information.
Make use of the subtitle boxes.

Those pictures on your page are narrow and small. They are worth about 40 words, at best.

I am not very intuitive when it comes to the internet. I did manage to add a few words (very few) and I did arrange two narrow images into a combined one.
I suspect my problem is I tend to write about what I like. (I have never really worked out what others like)

You've posted a permalink that has spaces in it. You can't have spaces in a permalink.
Anyway, I would make the permalink "hubpages.com/autos/TwomblyCyclecar" and leave it at that. Your URL (permalink) should always be a simple reflection of your subject, and the shorter the better.
The easiest way to do it is, give your article the short title when you first create the article - then you can change it to a longer title once you're in "Edit" mode.
Once you have published an article, you can't change the URL. If you want to change the URL, you need to delete the article altogether.
It makes a BIG difference when you write about what you like and know about. Readers can tell and they appreciate your articles more. The only problem I see, as theraggededge points out, is that you need to make your readers interested in the subject by writing an introduction that "grabs them", makes them want to read more. It does not need to be flowery, none of mine are, but it does need to grab some attention and make them want to stay and read the whole thing.

I would recommend keeping the "specifications", but it should be a separate capsule entitled "Twombley Specifications". At the bottom of the article you should include a reference capsule with some links to other sites that have information about this vehicle.
I have removed the article and have added to it. attempted to re-list it. . . Now I cannot even get a title. (spent over an hour on getting the title to work) I am just about ready to call HubPages a total waste of effort.
I don’t know if this is related to your problem, but it may be. When we change our mind about publishing an article that we’ve started and press the delete button, the URL stays in the HubPages system for twenty-four hours. If you tried to create a new article with the same URL as the deleted one before the twenty-four hours were up, the system wouldn’t let you.

Why has hubpage unpublished my already featured article? This is incomprehensible to me. It seems like there are lapses in the hubpages publication policy and system. The article has been cleared earlier at the quality is suddenly being uncleared now. Quite ridiculous and spammy of hubpages team.
