    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: Hiraeth (must be signed in to view)

I had to Google what Hiaraeth meant and see that it is a Welsh word meaning nostalgia, an earnest longing, etc. You will not find many Welsh speakers visiting this site and therefore that means that no one will search for the subject of your hub. You should make it more English-friendly as this is an English-speaking site.

In addition, I found it odd that the article itself did not mention the word and did not tie in with the topic. You write about the ideal home that you yearn for but never really make the connection with the title. As it stands, the article is basically a musing on what you would like and is of very limited interest.

You should try to broaden the appeal of the hub. Also add some section headings.

Hi. I think one thing that would be a big help is to place your article in a relevant category of the "Books, Literature, and Writing" section. Another might be to expand the title in order to emphasize the theme of the article. Some people may not know what hiraeth means. Lengthening the article might be useful as well, as long as you can do this without altering the flow of the piece or changing what you wanted to say.

I did wonder when I saw the title, but the author's name was not Welsh, so I thought it was simply the same word in another language. I'm Cornish/Welsh, but not a Welsh speaker.

While a delightful piece, it's not really what HubPages is about - it'll get moved to Letterpile never to be seen again.
