I can agree with Alicia. In addition, your title and rub-title were not consistently in the APA format.          Go to the learning center, by clicking the  HELP button on your time line. There you learn more.

I think so as the water eliminates "water weight".

Hi. The first problem that I noticed was the double question mark in your title. In addition, you should consider changing the title so that it matches the topic of the article better. You've discussed health effects as well as calorie reduction.

You do have a medical warning in the article, which is good, but I think you should make it more obvious and show it earlier in the article. You should also include a HubPages medical disclaimer at the end of the article.

The major problem that I see in your article is the lack of authoritative references for your claims about the benefits of fasting. You need a reference for every health claim that you've made.

You say that fasting reduces the proliferation of cancer cells. That's a major claim about a disease that is often serious. You also say that insulin sensitivity is increased. Are there dangers for diabetics who decide to follow your advice about fasting? I don't know what you mean when you say that fasting slows down loss of consciousness.

I have read your profile, it says that you're a graduate of IT. Try to write an article about your expertise or according to your experience to make it trustworthy. Have you tried "water only diet"? Is it working? Don't try to write an article just what you read on the internet or just found out in google search that seems searchable unless you tried it and prove it to yourself that it works. Try to make an article about delicious and nutritious Indian foods that reduce weight or Indian superfoods.

In addition, your subtitles are incomplete statements.
Delete your first subtitle because it's the same as the title. Organize the information just like this:

    Introduction
    1.
    Benefits
    1.
    2.
    3.
    How to do it?
    1.2.3
    Caution and warnings
    1.
    2.
    Conclusion and Summary
    1.
    Sources
    1. 2. 3.

    Try to answer the ff.
Who told you that it can prevent cancer and other illness, just 3 websites from google? How did you know that many doctors recommend it, did you conduct a survey?

If you cannot interview a doctor, just look for websites from trustworthy people or organizations only, like the websites of your Department of Health, hospitals, and health workers, WHO, and clinics, or magazine and documentary programs  from TV, etc. with interviews from doctors

In my country, on the other hand, the "blenderized diet" was once approved but later the doctors have declined it.

I think if you really want to write about "water only diet", don't give information which is not your expertise, just write a review about it.

    For example:

Does "Water Only Diet" Really Works – A Review by Farsana Arbak

I heard from the news and my friends that they are doing the water only diet, it is trending in India. They say that it can lose weight and prevent illnesses such as as...etc. According to WHO...According to ____, a medical expert from ____Hospital, (If you are going to write a specific name of a person, ask them to use their name)

    Things That I Used:
    water only
    weighing scale

    I did it with/without exercise

I've tried it and this is what happened to me while doing it.....
On the first day, I felt..., I lost ____ pound
    On the second day .....

    Write your conclusion
After days.... I lost a total of 5 pounds...

If you are recommending fasting up to seven days, you absolutely need to tell people to get medical advice first. Not only because this can have physical effects but because it can contribute to eating disorders.
