Where else do you write?

I have my own blog and I write some articles for Hubpages, but I was curious if anyone had any other places where they submit work. Do you do contract jobs? Or write for another site similar to Hubpages? I'm just exploring my options and seeing what else is out there to run alongside Hubpages submissions. Thanks.

I only write for HubPages and my blog.

I thought about writing for other websites like HubPages. But I could not find anything that seemed worth the time or as easy to get into as HubPages.

I considered doing freelance writing. But people expected too much for what they pay.

I considered writing for Medium. But I am not sure I can write the kind of things that are popular there.

I’m the same way. In fact, all of this, so that is why I asked. Glad to know I am not alone.

I write book reviews on Constant Content. They hold the work, acting as a sort of shop window, and have various alternatives for sales. They're based in Canada but handle American, British and Canadian English.

I have my own website and I publish on Medium.  I like Medium because I can write on topics that don't do well here on HubPages.

I blog on my website, I look after another website - I'm paid for this, I submit articles to WeekendNotes (where I earn more than I do on Hubpages) and I write short stories and novels under my pen name - Maria P Frino.

I write inside greeting cards, on grocery lists, and on bathroom walls.

I have long felt bathroom walls contain award winning satires, and erotica.

When I moved into a new house a long time ago, the previous owner had allowed her teenage son to write on the walls of two of the smallest bedrooms. Fascinating stuff... I learned loads, and was quite sad when we got round to repainting.

I've got some content on Wizzley that's mostly old or repurposed. To be frank it makes no money. I don't write there anymore really though.

Used to have several websites which made little money except for one that made chump change monthly from Amazon sales. In the end, due to my financial situation at the time, I had to let all of that go.

So, Hubpages is the only site I write on in any kind of regular way. It's the only site worth it to me at the moment. Well, it's the only site that's ever been worth it actually.

Medium and WeekendNotes are worth a try.  There isn't another revenue-sharing site that makes any money worth mentioning.

Constant Content is a freelance site where you sell articles, but it works differently (you write articles and put them up for sale, instead of bidding to write something).  I know some people who do quite well on it.

I also write on All Poetry and The Creative Exiles, as well as freelance writing through Fiverr.
