    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Hi again, Pavi. You’ve made some improvements to your article, but you haven’t corrected all of the problems that I mentioned before. In addition, you’ve added a link to your website. We aren’t allowed to promote our website on our articles. Mentioning the name of your business in your bio instead of describing it in general terms may not be accepted either. The addition of the photo is good, but it should be a full-width image.

No, it won't be fine. We can't link to our website or business site anywhere in our article.

I'm assuming that you paid for the photo of the woman in the pink shirt that you've just added, since it's an iStock photo.

    Hi Pavi,

You need to do a thorough proofread. There's a paragraph that begins with a lower case letter and there are some grammatical errors. For example:

"Take your first step to improvising your company..." You probably mean 'improving'.

You still have colons in the subtitles. Alicia advised you to remove them in the first feedback she gave you.

This heading: Interview Customer, You Failed To Retain :

Could be: "Request Feedback When a Customer Fails to Return".

    Good luck.
