I foresee a merger of these three giants. If this happens, we hubbers will be greatly benefited by the process. We shall really feel we are in a solid business transaction and operation. What are your thoughts on this?

    Thank you.

I don't think Maven is strong enough an entity for Google and/or Microsoft to consider a merger. You have some pretty grandiose ideas from what I've seen you post in the forums, Tanmoy.

I agree we will be greatly benefited by the process.

Google and/or Microsoft are probably only dimly aware of Maven/HP's existence

Even if they were aware, they probably wouldn't give a hoot about them.

They'd be like "Hey, an article writing site? That's just.... great. You do you, fellas. Keep up the good work."

He's trolling us. There is absolutely no way Google and Microsoft would be allowed to merge. Anti-trust laws you see.

I suggest we never respond to this man's posts; they are full of mischievous intent.

He is Das-the-troll, Rekario, etc. All those pseudonyms. He's completely taken in some new hubbers.

However, this is the first time he's created a few articles and tried to be properly sociable.

I agree that anti~trust laws might get in the way of this merger. But, there would be companies like Apple, Amazon, Swisscows, Yandex, Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Linux Foundation, etc open to the game. They may merge in interesting algorithms once they see Google and Microsoft merge.

Elon Musk may also jump to action and open a computer company, if the merger takes place!

So, all in all, this (theoretical) merger welcomes growth and competition, and not vice versa.
