I submitted this article to Delishably so I have received this email. Please give me an idea of how to fix it?

"Thank you for submitting your article, Chicken Nuggets Recipe at Home, for consideration on Delishably. Unfortunately, your article was not selected. Since you already confirmed that your article is free from content and structural issues, it is possible that it was not selected due to the nature of its topic."

    Did you check first?

    https://delishably.com/meat-dishes/chicken/

Have you made your recipe better than those? I noticed that you left a comment on a recipe that is very similar to yours. As I mentioned before, there is no point recreating other people's recipes - you have to make yours unique and superior, otherwise the editors will not accept it.

Remove the ratings capsule and request for feedback smile Also remove the photo of the mass produced chicken nuggets - it's not attractive. Think positively: no need to mention 'meat slurry'. Focus on *your* healthy, crispy recipe.

I like the addition of the links at the bottom, but I wonder if they are preventing approval?

I would also like another photo showing your finished chicken nuggets beautifully presented with additional serving suggestions perhaps?

    You can do this

This recipe has some good ideas how to up your chicken nuggets game. Tips you can use for inspiration.

Hi, Urwa. I have three suggestions for improving the article. It contains some grammar errors. You should proofread the article carefully and correct the mistakes. In addition, I think you mean “black pepper” instead of black paper in the section above the “Cook Time” capsule. The section about frozen nuggets is very similar to one written on another site, so you should reword it.

Thanks for your kindness, okay I can improve my mistakes, Linda I think the main reason is the same title on HubPages.

Okay First of all I keep the title unique then I remove the photo issue and then remove the rating capsule, But Bev G many articles that are on Delishably have a rating option. ????????????????? smile Because rating is in recipe capsules.

Yes, that's true, but it's not working at the current time. You can add it back later, but meanwhile, it's just confusing to your readers because there's nothing to click on (see screenshot below).

And not only the title, but the whole recipe should be unique. With your special tweaks and tips. I hate to say this, but it's a bit dull. Make it more exciting.

It's better now you removed the 'unwanteds'.

Now... remove the last reference to 'slurry'. If you really want to refer to it, the proper term is 'mechanically recovered meat'. But I would get rid of it - it doesn't matter how other establishments make theirs - the only important thing is how you make yours.

Your subtitle should be 'Mild Flavor'. A describing word ending in 'ly' is an adverb, and should only go before a verb.

I would change it  to 'Do You Like Your Chicken Nuggets Mild or Spicy?'

Your subtitles are an opportunity to catch the attention of search engines, so use things like 'Golden Nugget Coating' or 'Turn the Chicken into Nuggets', 'How Long to Fry Chicken Nuggets?' that sort of thing.  Don't be afraid to use slightly longer subtitles. But, don't over-use the keywords 'chicken nuggets'.

List the necessary equipment, give alternatives if possible. For instance, how would someone make them if they don't have a food chopper? The alternatives would be a food processor or even buying minced chicken instead.

So you can see how much work needs to be done to get an article into good shape.

Update it, upgrade it, add more content, give more variations and options, make the content more enriched and submit again.

They don’t like any articles on the niche sites to contain links back to HubPages, even Discover. That may be your problem. It is ok to link to other articles on niche sites.
