After making several changes, my articles are still showing 'Needs improvement''. I removed Amazon ads and revised the language in the article. Can someone please review and suggest improvements?

The problem is your English language skills.  You need to improve your English before you can be successful here.  HubPages is an American site and expects authors to write in perfect English.

    There are several issues.

Your title "Changing times and habits with the COVID realization!!" doesn't make much sense and it, and sub-titles should be in title face. Something like "COVID-19 Is Changing Habits" would be better.

This sentence "A sudden realization that supersedes many feelings of being higher above others by position, money, fame etc., and that there is something beyond that overrides everything" is rambling and leaves me wondering what is it that you are trying to say?

There are a lot of long, run-on sentences that need to be tightened up, as well as grammar errors.

Where do your images come from? They have to be Public Domain or Creative Commons licensed for use on HubPages.

And, anything COVID related has been done to death on the internet; you are up against a vast number of high quality articles.

You should spend time thoroughly reading the Learning Center here https://hubpageshelp.com/

In addition to what others have said, I think you should keep some more points in mind. You shouldn’t use a double exclamation mark. In addition, I can only see one question in the quiz. It seems strange to introduce the section with the phrase “For each question.”

Since your quiz is referring to the future, different people will have different opinions about the outcome of the pandemic. I don’t think you can call one of the answers to your quiz question the best one.

Another point that you should consider is you need to point out that your observations apply to your country. For example, you say that the majority of groceries are delivered to homes and the streets are empty. These facts don’t apply to my part of the world, even though the coronavirus is present in the community.

I recommend reading Bird by Bird because the author talks about the first draft. That is what you have here — the first draft. It would help if you worked on this article until it's worth publishing. It doesn't mean you are a terrible writer. It just means you have some work to do. Go to the Learning Center and discover guidelines. Start by learning the required structure. Apply it to your article. Then, read it out loud and find out what needs to be clarified, so your readers benefit from your article. Ask yourself: What am I trying to say? Then, ask: How will this help my readers? It takes a lot of work, but you can do it. Good luck!
