I have a long list of plagiarized articles. Has anyone filed a DMCA complaint? What was the process like? Did you find it successful? Did you notice any changes in views?

Yes I have been successful with some DMCA notices in the past. Many plagiarist sites are nothing but gobbledygook and probably would not affect traffic but some are pests and cheats and with these I'll do my utmost to have them stopped. Other writers have their own approach but I go through a process:

      I email them
I go to who.is for domain info
      I file a DMCA form

Best of luck. Even if the notice doesn't have the offending site(s) removed the process I find is a therapy and helps in fighting against such thieves.

Thank you for the advice. I think I need to dedicate time to doing this.

I have filed many, many DMCA complaints over the years.  The response depends on the country.  American companies are quick to take down duplicate content.  I have gotten some pushback from a few European companies who claim the EU is not part of the copyright conventions, which is untrue.  Then there are the Asian and Eastern European countries who do nothing.

I'm learning the ropes. And I'll when anyone of my articles is plagiarized.
