A nice warm beverage and warm smiles...something we could all use at this time of year (or anytime really).

Of course, up here in Canada, snow is a fairly permanent fixture from December to March (no igloo clichés please..summer's quite warm up here).  Very picturesque too, with wafts of snow draped lazily over the trees and everything.  But it's only picturesque until you have to shovel it.

Still, you can't escape the fact that the climate is getting warmer.  We don't get as much snow as we used to.  Sad, really.

We are all waiting for the spring to come, for the meantime we just share and enjopy what the nature has to offer

      Good day to you timorous,

The snow is so beautiful today in Texas. I'm glad I picked up my sister from the airport yesterday - if it had been today, well, she might still be there waiting. haha just kidding. Bet she's glad she came here to escape that South Carolina weather! Really, I can't see my driveway. Whoo hoo!

Yeah, it's snowing a bit here in Northeast Tx/Southwest Ar. Not much accumulation. I have to work tonite so I really hope the roads don't get bad since I have to drive all over 3 counties in whatever weather is present at the time. Sucks, but somebody has to do it.

We didn't get what the East did, but it snowed for 5 or 6 days - just lightly, but enough for a good 12-15 inches.  I'm tired of it!!!  Now we are expected to get more tomorrow and Saturday.

I live in Michigan, and, a majority of the big winter storms have missed us. We did get about 6 inches of snow on tuesday, but that is the only storm we have had since early December.
It has just been very cold here. We haven't had a day above freezing in a month or so.

We always get weird weather in Michigan. There were a couple days in January where we actually had thunderstorms and rain.
That of course turned everything into a skating rink a couple days later when it was below zero. So, you never can tell what it is going to do here.

But, march is coming, and we usually get the worst weather in the first couple weeks. blizzards, followed by rain, followed by Blizzard, followed by ice storms. I hate winter! it sucks!

Aaaah, I love snow when I don't have to get out in it. Only rain in Houston sad  So Maita if you get an accumulation of snow are you going to put on your bikini and take a plunge? That seems to be the latest thing to do on YouTube big_smile lol
