I resubmitted my Special Needs Pets Need Love hub article to Pet Helpful. And it came back with editorial suggestions for text, layout, and photos (I already fixed from last month's feedback), and also added with author bio (easy fix), Spelling/Grammar (already fixed with Grammarly and AutoCrit), Relatable Content, and Experience-Based Content. Here's the link to the revised hub: https://discover.hubpages.com/animals/S … d-Love-Too Thanks.
Hi I think this is a good topic and could spin off several worthwhile articles. I think the reason you're not getting featured is the odd photo sizes. In my browser they're too small, which will prevent you being featured, and they're also from odd sources. Use Pixabay or Unsplash to find usable images – they don't have to be disabled pets, necessarily. Good luck!
Thanks so much. I hope the 4th time is the charm. But I can fix the photos, would it fix the other issues too?
I think the main issue here are your photos. As already mentioned, there's an issue with the size. In addition, they need to be properly credited and in the public domain or with creative commons licensing for usage. The ones you are using are coming from other sites such as People Magazine. When you click on a photo, it should go back to the source of the picture.
This could be a very important article. In addition to changing the photo attributions, you should check the capitalization and grammar.
I have never lived in the United States. Is “ruff” slang for “rough”? If it isn’t, you should change the spelling in the title of the photo.
Okay. I'll check for grammar and capitalization again along with the photos. Ruff ls like a dog says like woof, a play in words. But the other comments about relatable and experience-based content concerns me.
You say that "the other comments about relatable and experience-based content concerns me." I think HubPages is asking you to include some of your personal experience of caring for a special needs pet.
The article, as it stands, is written quite objectively, quoting external sources such as PetMD, BrightCareVet.com and Best Friends Animal Society. But nowhere do you say that you yourself have adopted or fostered one of these pets.
You should include some subjective information such as how you came to choose your special needs animal, any difficulties you encountered with their care, and how you overcame these. This will make the article more relatable to your readers.
Okay. That's fair enough to add another text column somewhere. But in the feedback, the editor asked if it was written by a robot like Chat GPT, and if it was found somewhere here on HP or written elsewhere like online. That's what I referred to in the relatable comment.

Yesterday I resubmitted my Special Needs Pets article to Pet Helpful, and it was passed on again. I changed the photos and added attributions, added a graph on my experience, and did some editing, placed my links in a links capsule. It came back with the same message for photos, text, layout, ...

I just published a new article called "Interesting Guns in Gaming". Unfortunately, the web address for this article used the original name of the article "Top Three Guns in Gaming". Do I have to do something before publishing?

Just discovered that this guy is actively picking up important passages from Hub articles to pass off as his own work. Mine included. So I decided to share so together we can hopefully shut this guy down. Remove the XXX to view his list of blogs (Yeah right! Great little writer.) It says he has 105...
