    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: Cake's Takes on The Pod Generation (Movie Review), (2023)

Three things struck me. I didn’t understand your title. There is no way to know that you have the nickname “Cake.” I don’t think it’s a good idea to start the article with two polls. They should come in an appropriate space in the article.  All of the photos should have the correct license to show on a hub.

It appears you have ads running, so the article is on Discover. With that, the title is obtruse. Why not say it's a review?

It's best to have an introductory paragraph and place polls at the end of an article. It doesn't appear as if you have used photos from proper sources. You can't just use any photo you find on the internet. They need to have proper licensing and crediting. Might I suggest you check out the Learning Center? It has lots of great info. Also, I agree that you need to break up your paragraphs more.

I believe that your paragraphs are much too long and should be broken into smaller ones. Remember that readers generally have very short attention spans, and might be turned off by lengthy paragraphs.

Before ever clicking the link, the title should be more direct. Not only will it remove confusion for readers, "The Pod Generation - Movie Review (2023)" is more SEO friendly and would likely rank better.

As Gregory mentioned, many of your paragraphs could be split into two, if not three, shorter paragraphs. This improves readability.

I personally try to limit myself to one poll per article, but I've seen a few Hubs on network sites with one at the beginning and one at the end. But, as Alicia stated, having two poll elements will likely be seen as spammy content by Hubpages and Google alike.

I believe that Bill has given you some excellent advice about your title.

Interesting. I’ve always titled my articles as Cake’s Takes on… It’s never done that to me before, but I understand. I’ll try to change it around because the rest of my articles are the same way and they’re all featured. However on the polls, in the beginning when I would put them at the end of my article no one would ever vote on them, but now that they’re at the top, I get votes. It’s just strange is all. Thank you guys so much for your help.

Years ago, I remember inserting polls on some of my ToughNickel articles. I put them in the middle of the article or even at the end, and still received a favorable response overall. Good luck!
