I've run out of ideas for editing this post. I've reviewed the HubPages blogs and assessment criteria, and I've made the changes I thought were necessary. However, I may be missing something. Please provide some feedback on this post. I truly appreciate your time and consideration.

That link won't work. You need to click the one in the email sent to you. Did you implement the advice already given?
As I mentioned previously, it might just be the case that HubPages is suffering from 'budget' article overload. Perhaps you should get more specific?
I clicked on your link, but it says the page does not exist and that the article isn't published.
I think you're providing the link that HubPages has provided to you which is only visible to you upon signing in.
The link gives a 404 error stating: "The article you are looking for is not published right now. Please try again later. If you are the author of this page, sign in and you can edit or republish your Hub."
I think it may become visible to us only once edited and republished.
Hi guys.
Thank you so much for the replies. I think its because I haven't edited and republished.
I will get around to it some other time once I get some rest. Thank you all for trying. I truly appreciate it.
With much love and appreciation

I just click the link, and it says 'page does not exists'. Thank you.

It appears you have deleted this article. Send and email to team@hubpages.com if you have any questions.
Terrible. I detest deleting articles, and then asking for help to make a non-dxisting read 'feature'.
Please excuse me for that.
I went ahead and emailed the Hubpages team and the article has been approved.
Thank you so much.
My apologies everyone.
I had deleted the post a few minutes after I had posted this thread because of frustration. I then lied about it and said I was going to edit and republish. This is no excuse. I wasted everybody’s time and for that I am sorry.
I did however take Matt Well’s advice and contacted the Hubpages’ Team and it has been resolved. My article has been published.
Once again thank you all. I appreciate your inputs
The link worked for me. I think it is a good article. The pics are relevant, the information is listed, which is really great for quick reads. I'd suggest maybe adding in more of a conclusion or summary. It just ends after 12 ways to stick to your budget. Provide a summary of your point and maybe a call to action if you have another related article, for example - various ways to invest, or cost effective ways to vacation.
Sorry, the editing process is so hard at Hubpages. I honestly submit once and give up. I don't delete my work, but I get too frustrated to keep trying to publish the same thing. I switch gears, and hope for the best with a refreshed topic. Good luck!
Weird thing to lie about, but I do understand your frustration.
The article feels very generic and manufactured. The stock-style images don't help either.
Maybe insert yourself into it a little bit so it doesn't feel so "corporate." It doesn't offer anything new that a thousand other articles on the same topic don't offer. You also don't cite any of your sources either.
Who are you in the field of finance to write such an article? That sounds like a rude question, but why are you writing it? Did you get out of debt? Are you a banker? Or do you just think these are good ideas? As a reader, I need to trust you.
When I started writing here, my work was similar because back in 2009. I feel like that "corporate, stock-image" feel was the culture of the Internet at the time.
What product would you be more likely to buy:
Something in an ad or something that someone you know and trust thinks is cool.
If all else fails, take a look at the toughnickel site. How is your article different from the articles there?
