Why is it that for the same number of views (sometimes more number of views), earnings from Adsense have been really low for most days this month? Is anyone else experiencing this?

We don't have Adsense anymore. It went about four years ago.

If you are talking about HubPages earnings, it depends on your CPMs which is how much you get paid for 1,000 views. Things are difficult right now for most writers. Firstly, it's always a bad time of year and secondly, Hubpages is struggling generally. There are lots of threads on the forums discussing the issues.

Sorry, yes meant the "Adprogram" earnings. Okay, thanks a lot. That was helpful.

You're not alone. I experience the very same issue. I suppose most writers here do right now.

Thanks. Nice to know I am not alone. Hoping it's just "one of those months", like raggededge mentioned above.

Earnings from AdSense?                                        Has that not been done away yet?                                  My last earning was in 2019.                                        But as for other hubpages earningr, the theraggedge has explained that well enough to you.

Writers have posted about this issue for some time. However, I suspect some writers are doing well based on their chosen topic.

Yes, did read a thread that explained the difference between views and impressions. Even so, the earnings are way lower compared to last month so not sure really. You are right though about creating engaging content. Thank you.

Here's a quick explanation about the ad-cycle and where January usually sucks. https://oko.uk/blog/ad-revenues-drop-january

This is not international, though, IMO. East Asian countries have surges in Jan/Feb because of Lunar New Year.

      Hello Anupama,
Same hereā€”The earnings have been low for me too, since the last several weeks, inspite of the same number of page views.
Hope this improves soon. Good luck to you.
      Keep writing.
