    Hi all!
I can't access my Paypal account anymore so I need to reverse the last payment and have it sent to another account.

Has anyone had any success in doing something similar?

I have tried to contact HP directly but there is no clear way to do so that I could find. Hoping someone here can help. Or that a moderator can give me a way to contact.

You may need to contact PayPal directly regarding this particular request. Once moved, you should probably change your PayPal information with HP.

You can try to contact Matt Wells at matt.wells@thearenagroup.net
He is the person reponsible for making the HP payments. However, once HP has sent the money it is a Paypal issue. I am not sure they are going to be able to reverse any payment, even if you cannot access the account. The best thing to do would be to change your email address so future payments do not go to that address that you can no longer access. You may have already lost that money.

THank you! Paypal has since returned access but will save this email address for any future issues!
        Thanks again

Paypal directed me to have the payment reversed. I am hoping HP can do this if I am able to get their contact info

Check with Matt with the above email. It sounds simple. Good luck.

I don't think HP can do anything in this matter as they have already sent your payment. You should contact Paypal directly through their Customer Care and describe your problem. They will assist you in solving your issue.

It's impossible for us to help you. There are all sorts of factors we don't know, such as why you no longer have access to your PayPal. That appears to be the key problem.

If it can be resolved it would be via PayPal or Matt at HubPages.

You may not be able to fix this, I don't know. The longer the time that goes by, the less chance you have of success, I suspect. We're nearly at the next payout at this point so a month has gone by.

Only PayPal can help but you can't access that. One thing is that you can ask some friend (having PayPal account) to ask it there on your behalf. May be they tell some way out.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help.
Paypal emailed me out of the blue with returned access so the problem is solved for now. I really wish there was another way to get payouts here.

There are a lot of things we writers wish HP did another way.
