You've received 2 payments from HubPages. Send an email to team@hubpages.com if you have any questions.

I have contacted them and they still refuse to pay me for my articles.

Have you made sure that you have the right PayPal email address connected to your account?

Yes, I have been writing articles since 2017 and never received any payments. It says they paid me but I never received them. I had quit writing since 2022 until this past week and just checked and I can now see that I had earned money, but nothing had been paid to me. Nothing appeared in my paypal account, which sends notifications to my email account, which never notified me of any payments from hubpages.

The issue is with PayPal by the sound of it.

But you did check the email address in your payment settings, yes?

              Scroll down to check.

It's been seven years since my first article. I've only earned a little over $100. No big deal, the site is not worth the headache. They can keep their money.

If Matt is saying that HP's records show two payments were sent out without incident, the most likely explanation is, as others have said, that the payments went to a PayPal account.

Either that account is not the one you thought it was or there is some issue at PayPal. It probably doesn't help that years have gone by without you noticing.

I would be very concerned if my PayPal or bank was missing a hundred dollars, especially if I didn't know the reason.

I'm surprised at your lack of concern and apparent reluctance to contact PayPal.

Sorry Charlie, already done that. It's a hubpages issue. If I only made $100 in seven years then this is not the lace to be. Nuff said.

Also I stated that when I checked in 2022, there was no payment, which is why I quit writing. When I decided to write an article last week, I checked and saw that they had made a payment, but I never got it. Like I said, no problem. I'm not desperate for $100. it's about principle. This matter is closed.

Good afternoon mister Thomas. You need to ask directly to hub pages why you are not getting pay. There must  be a reason why they do not. Have a nice day.

The most likely thing is that your payment info is incorrect.  If you paste the correct email in, search Paypal for the exact deposit amount.

If it's neither of these, I don't know what can be done as these things are automated, so it's hard for them to go wrong. If Hubpages has it recorded as sent I am willing to bet it was sent.
