The other day I was hub hopping for the first time. While I was going through the hubs (somewhat quickly because I wanted to get familiar with it) I inadvertently hit the thumbs down on one of the hubs (Now I don't even know which one it was.) Since I didn't see any way to correct it, I hit the thumbs up to negate the mistake. My question is this: Is there any way to retract the thumbs down (in case this should happen again)?
I don't know the answer to your question, but maybe go a tad slower when hoppin' next time?
I will do that, lorlie6. I was going fast because I just wanted to see what order HubPages chose to list the hubs. That is, whether they were all newly published hubs or they came up randomly.
I have been thinking that it would be nice if HubPages could find a way to randomly expose all the old hubs that are getting lost in the shuffle, and it seems to me that this would be a great way to do that. Maybe they could have two separate Hub Hoppers -- one for the newer hubs and another for their oldies but goodies.
That seems like a good idea to me (although my own oldies don't particularly tend to be goodies. )
A one off is never going to hurt anyone.
It will never stop the hub from making a 100 HubScore, provided it's destined to be a 100 HubScore hub.

If this is not the correct place on HubPages for this question/discussion/comment, I apologize. I did a bit of research and did not find that it had been previously addressed. Recently I got an email notifying me of a new HubPages question, and I decided to write and post an answer to...

Do you give other hubs a "thumbs down" vote?I've never voted a "thumbs down" on any hub, regardless of errors or the tone and nature of an article. If a hub is filled with errors or it is politically charged and I disagree, I may respond, but I do not vote it down. Am I shirking...

I was just wondering, if you read a well written hub but it was something controversial that had a different opinion than you had, would you rate it thumbs down because of that or would you rate it on the hub itself ( written well, lots of information, good layout?)Just wondering because I write...

So, I answered the question on why girls crave marriage. I said not all girls crave marriage and was given a down vote. Pardon me for stating a fact

Is there any way to tell if a particular hub has received any thumbs up or thumbs down, and if so, how many? I've been here long enough, I should know these things. But I don't.

My stats is no longer showing the number of thumbs up or thumbs down I am getting on any hubs, or even just the totals. The columns are just gone. Am I having a problem, or is this stat something we all can't see anymore?
