So, I answered the question on why girls crave marriage. I said not all girls crave marriage and was given a down vote. Pardon me for stating a fact smile

Not sure why people would down vote this fact because honestly I do not crave marriage and I am pretty single.  Oh well, it could have just been some bored random person.

Now that is ridiculous, when you were stating a simple opinion. I will vote you thimbs up too!! I will probably have the same thing happen, someone asked the question naughty in the bedroom and I said I take the faith and that is between husband and his wife. smile

Where did you post your opinion? Did you write a hub stating that not all girls crave marriage (which is not just an opinion, it's a FACT)!
Let me know where to go and I'll vote "up" with BOTH my thumbs!!

Go to the Q&A-- you'll see a list of questions. click the comments under the question, under each comment is the # of votes up or down.(including my up vote).

ohok thanks for answering ( thought question was meaning the thumbs thingy on a hub page)

I thumbs-down the "thumbs-down" option in Q and A as well as in hubs. Thumbs-down never worked out well in Yahoo! Answers either.

True, if your answer disagrees with the majority it disappears.

    His Q&A is here: http://hubpages.com/request/12618/

(Note: You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden)

    Well that was strange
I just answered a question ,noticed the writer had 0 hubs, but left my answer there anyway.I noticed they already had one vote? how could that have been, does that mean you can vote on the actual question and not just the answer...wierd

You automatically get an up vote when you answer a question

Uninvited Writer -- Your up vote count is now 9 vs. 2 down votes.
But I have a question for you -- what is the benefit of answering these Q&A questions? Do we score points for doing so? Does it help our Hubscore?
Wouldn't it be preferable to write a hub answering the request???

Sometimes you just want to give a short answer. It's not all about points and hubscores.
