So, I answered the question on why girls crave marriage. I said not all girls crave marriage and was given a down vote. Pardon me for stating a fact
Not sure why people would down vote this fact because honestly I do not crave marriage and I am pretty single. Oh well, it could have just been some bored random person.
Hey, how are you?
Post some content so we can know something about you.
It just means they don't agree with you. No big deal. It happens.
Now that is ridiculous, when you were stating a simple opinion. I will vote you thimbs up too!! I will probably have the same thing happen, someone asked the question naughty in the bedroom and I said I take the faith and that is between husband and his wife.
lol. Really it wasn't. I now see two down votes Oh well, can't please everyone I guess.
Where did you post your opinion? Did you write a hub stating that not all girls crave marriage (which is not just an opinion, it's a FACT)!
Let me know where to go and I'll vote "up" with BOTH my thumbs!!
where do you see the thumbs up/down results?
Go to the Q&A-- you'll see a list of questions. click the comments under the question, under each comment is the # of votes up or down.(including my up vote).
I thumbs-down the "thumbs-down" option in Q and A as well as in hubs. Thumbs-down never worked out well in Yahoo! Answers either.
True, if your answer disagrees with the majority it disappears.
His Q&A is here: http://hubpages.com/request/12618/
(Note: You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden)
Well that was strange
I just answered a question ,noticed the writer had 0 hubs, but left my answer there anyway.I noticed they already had one vote? how could that have been, does that mean you can vote on the actual question and not just the answer...wierd
Uninvited Writer -- Your up vote count is now 9 vs. 2 down votes.
But I have a question for you -- what is the benefit of answering these Q&A questions? Do we score points for doing so? Does it help our Hubscore?
Wouldn't it be preferable to write a hub answering the request???
I did not realize you could vote up or down. Must be one of those new features. Thanks for giving the link...I voted you up!

What can you do to undo an accidental 'Thumbs Down'?As I was scrolling over and preparing to click on the 'Thumbs Up' button on a hub; I prematurely clicked and hit the Thumbs Down button! I thought, oops, I'll undo it; but it wouldn't let me. I don't want to negatively affect someone's hub. There...

Why did I get banned for 3 days for merely stating an opinion about "alternative" health? Why did I get banned for 3 days for merely stating an opinion? Is this place run like a dictatorship? Am I banned just because my belief is different than someone else's?

Do you give other hubs a "thumbs down" vote?I've never voted a "thumbs down" on any hub, regardless of errors or the tone and nature of an article. If a hub is filled with errors or it is politically charged and I disagree, I may respond, but I do not vote it down. Am I shirking...

Why do you thumbs down an answer to a Question?Do you use the thumbs down as a way of showing disagreement with someone's opinion, or do you reserve the thumbs down to comments you feel don't add to the discussion (i.e. off-topic, offensive, spam).

Why do good answers get voted down ?Why are answers that have nothing wrong with them getting voted down ?If the subject is sex every answer seems to get voted down ? Is it someone who hates sex & can't handle the fact that a lot of us do ?If that is the case then wouldn't it be better not...
